Known Issues for Windows and Linux versions:
Issue:
When attempting to open an xyz file with the extension ".XYZ", JIMP produces the message "Error! Could not open document!" and crashes.
Work-around:
The ".xyz" file extension for the xyz file format is case sensitive. Always save the file with a lower-case ".xyz" extension.

Issue:
The saved title (in the layer dialog box) does not appear when a saved JML file is opened.
Work-around:
The title only appears after the user adds a new layer.

Issue:
Saved JML files with fields (e.g., orbitals) have the absolute path, instead of the relative path.
Work-around:
All information is stored correctly (isodensity values, colors, etc.), except the file location. Simply reload the field from its new location.

Issue:
Functions appear not work when switching between multiple open windows, e.g.,
  • Open a new window ("File->New")
  • Open first JML file
  • Use "Calculate->Clean->Calc Bonding" function.
  • Open a new window ("File->New")
  • Open second JML file
Attempts to use "Calculate->Clean->Calc Bonding" function in already open dialog box (for the second window) do not work.
Work-around:
Close and reopen the "Clean" dialog box while in the second window.

Issue:
Does not load slice orientation of a saved field when opening a saved JML file.
Work-around:
The information is saved, but it does not appear until the "Field Properties" dialog box is opened.
