When the Emergency Response Plan is activated by the fire alarm, each team member will perform their assigned duties as outlined below, without awaiting further instructions. I n the case of a hazardous materials incident, the Plan will be activated upon notification of the team members by the Scene Manager, or by activation of any fire pull station if evacuation must begin immediately and time cannot be taken to first notify the Scene Manager. The steps outlined below will be followed for emergencies arising due to fire, chemical release, or medical emergency.
