Authors

Only registered participants may submit abstracts. Abstract submission closes on April 1, 2020.

Students

The student rate for registration is available to graduate and undergraduate students. Send a copy of proof of status (student ID) by email to ecapareda@chem.tamu.edu or FAX (979-845-7561).

The regular and student conference registration fee includes:

  • A digital abstract book
  • Access to lectures and poster sessions
  • Meals from Sunday dinner to Wednesday lunch
  • Coffee breaks from Monday through Wednesday

Method of Payment

The only method of payment will be by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. The online system uses secure encryption to protect your card and personal details.

Cancellation / Refund Policy*

*Deadline to request a refund has passed.
For cancellations, send an email to the secretariat. The following conditions will be applied:

Before January 31, 2020: 50% refund
After January 31, 2020: No refund

All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Visa Information

Participants who need to obtain a visa to enter the United States should apply at the US Embassy or Consulate in their country. Such arrangements may take up to a few months, so we advise that you start the application process early. We will provide a letter of invitation (by express mail) if needed.
