Instructions :

  1. Complete Texas A & M Universities Radiation Safety Training Course.
  2. Read and understand the information in the Site Specific Training program
  3. Fill out the on-line Application
  4. Complete the Safety Checklist and Certification form and return to the X-ray Diffraction Laboratory Manager
