Instructions
Complete the form below. Include your name, your advisors name, your department, your University ID number (UIN) and your e-mail address. Also indicate that you have completed X-ray Safety Training (YES or NO) and if you wish to be include in the all_xray mailing list. All fields must be complete before registration is accepted. Security clearance of non-chemistry personal will be subject to Department of Chemistry and your advisor's approval.
Please confirm that you are employed at Texas A & M University. Part-time employment is acceptable.
Graduation student status does not necessarily constitute employment. To be employed you must obtain financial support from the University in fulfillment of work provided to the University. Outside Fellowships, grants etc do not necessarily qualify as employment. If you are not sure then please consult your advisor or host about your employment status.
