Prof. Steven E. Wheeler (CV) (Google Scholar)
|
| Steven grew up in Richmond, VA, as the youngest of three brothers. He graduated from New College of Florida in 2002 with a B.A. in Chemistry and Physics and completed his Ph.D. in the Schaefer group at the University of Georgia in 2006. He was an NIH NRSA Postdoctoral Fellow in Ken Houk's group at UCLA before joining the faculty at Texas A&M in August, 2010. His research group studies the role of non-covalent interactions in organocatalysis, organic electronic materials, and biological systems using modern tools of computational chemistry. | |
