Anthony Fernandez

 

Anthony Fernandez is an associate professor of chemistry at Merrimack College, North Andover, Mass.  He spent his 2006-07 sabbatical at Brandeis with the Ozerov and Foxman groups.  His research at Brandeis is focused on the studies of organometallic oxidative addition reactions in the solid state.  Anthony received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Boston University and spent two years at University of Toronto as a postdoctoral fellow prior to taking a faculty position at Merrimack.  At Merrimack, Anthony has been an undergraduate advisor of several future Brandeis graduate students including our own Claudia Fafard.  Anthony will continue to be in touch with our group from his soon-to-be-upgraded home base at Merrimack.
