Program PosPolGib

This program takes a polarization potential computed on a grid of points in the spherical polar coordinate system, iterpolates the potential and partial wave expands it. This has been used to convert a distributed positron potential of the type computed by Gibson to a form which can be used in EPolyScat.

integer, maximum l used in the partial wave expansion of the potential.
