Research Specialty: nanoscale materials and devices, tribological properties of oxide surfaces, molecular forces,

charge transport in organic molecules on surfaces, self-organizing nanoscale materials for device applications, protein-surface

interactions, plant biopolymers, and nanofabrication approaches for the development of electronic and sensing architectures.
