NMR User Database Information Request
The NMR facility maintains a user database, primarily for billing purposes. This form will permit you to view the information available about your NMR account. It is not currently possible to for you to modify any of this information - that will probably change at some time. Meanwhile, if there is erroneous information present, please send email to Steve Silber with the correct information.
