Student must have:

A. Been admitted to Ph. D. candidacy,

B. Dissertation in final form and ready for distribution to all committee members,

C. Completed all degree requirements within four year period following the preliminary exam or the preliminary exam is voided and must be repeated,

D. A schedule of the final examination on file with, and approved by, the Office of Graduate Studies at least two weeks prior to the examination,

E. Registered in the university to be eligible to take the final examination.
