a) Upon completion of her Ph.D., Erin took a position as a Scientist with Connoco-Phillips.  Her experiences with GK-12 are starting to translate into community action in Oklahoma.
b)Upon completion of her Ph.D, Karen took a faculty position in Geosciences at Mississippi State University with a special research emphasis on education.  She is planning to submit a grant to the GK-12 program.
c)  Upon completing his Ph.D., Karlos has taken a post-doctoral appointment at the University of Texas in Dallas with a leading MRI research group.  He plans to pursue a tenure-track appointment at a regional university.
d)After participating in the GK-12 program last year I decided to focus on education in my future studies.  I have changed my status from PhD to MS and I will dive into a PhD program in Science Education after gaining a couple years of dedicated teaching experience.
