The Elemental Analysis Laboratory routinely performs analyses for organizations outside Texas A&M University. If you are interested in submitting samples for analyses, it is very important to discuss the proposed work in advance with Laboratory personnel. Contact information is available. Each fiscal year we ask each of our outside users to complete a simple two-page testing agreement before any work can be initiated. Please download the following Adobe PDF file, fill in the highlighted fields, print and have an authorized representative sign for your organization. The completed document can be either faxed to 979-845-1655 to the attention of Dr. William D. James or included with the samples.

In addition to the testing agreement, it is necessary that you complete a Customer Information Sheet which will provide us with all the necessary contact information. This is only necessary one time unless the information changes.

In order to submit samples for analysis, please download and complete the Sample Submission Form. The form should be included in the shipment with the samples. Samples should be shipped to: Department of Chemistry, Texas A&M University, attn: W.D. James, Spense and Ross Streets, College Station, TX 77843-3255.
