Purchasing
In order to acquire item(s) a purchase requisition form mus be:
- properly completed
- approved by the director of Project or course and
- delivered to the Department of Chemistry's Business Office, Room 119
Adobe Acrobat (download)
Acrobat Reader (free) allows reading and printing of documents. A filled out form can be printed, but not saved or sent by e-mail. After printing a copy of your order please follow the bulleted procedure.
Acrobat Professional allows one to fill out a form, save and print. The saved form can be attached to the e-mail and sent for approval. The director of Project/Course can print the form using Acrobat Reader, manually sign and deliver to Business Office. Also, using Acrobat Professional, a form can be digitally signed by the Director of Project/Course, saved and sent as an e-mail attachment to the Business Office.
