Chemistry Open House and Science Exploratorium will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2004 beginning at 9:45am in the foyer of the old part of the main Chemistry Building by the 3 round brick fountains, called the H2O fountains. (This is not the Heldenfels building). Here is another CAMPUS MAP showing parking, our building and the Sbisa Dining Hall. An All-You-Can-Eat Lunch Buffet is available at Sbisa Dining Hall for a discounted price ($6.25 with coupon) - the coupon is obtained at the Welcome Table - thanks to TAMU Food Service.
Start your adventures by checking in at the Welcome Table and getting your bag of chemistry goodies.
Three Chemistry Road Shows, featuring fires, explosions, weird polymers, super cold materials and other things will be in Room 100 of the main Chemistry building at 10am, 12 noon and 2pm.
Door prizes will be given out at all three shows.

Other activities at Chemistry Open House and Science Exploration Gallery will be underway between 10:30am and 2:30pm.
They will include lots of hands-on and computer activities, guided lab tours, and demonstrations.
Departments involved are Chemistry (of course), Physics,and other sciences.
