Transforming a Data into a Graph

The animation below shows how each data point matches up to a point on the graph:

The most difficult part of creating this graph is deciding what scales to put on the axis. For example, it wouldn't make sense to mark off the vertical scale at every car, so we marked it off at every ten cars. Also, the horizontal scale only ranges from 30 to 110 so that the data comfortably fills the graph. In general, try to draw both axis so that the scales are easy to read and only the part of the graph that shows the data appears.
