With both normal and lateral force loading configurations, the TriboIndenter revolutionizes the sub-micron scale testing arena with real-time data collection and nanometer resolution using the optical viewer. The transducer technology provides X, Y, Z and Z piezo positioning. TriboIndenter provides testing based on quantitative, controlled nanoindentation of surfaces.
