CBI-Sponsored Seminar Program

CBI students will select one outside seminar speaker to invite to TAMU each semester.  The seminars alternate between the Chemistry and Biochemistry/Biophysics Departments as part of the regular departmental seminar series.  The selection of speakers will involve all the students involved in the CBI.  One student will be elected to be the speaker's host, who will organize events and appointments during the visit.  Visits will include a research lunch with all of the CBI students, and a Social gathering after the seminar, which will consist of a dinner and reception with the speaker and all of the CBI students and faculty.
