Prerequisites
- Overall GPR is above a 3.00
- Degree plan GPR is above a 3.00
- Degree plan is on file with the Office of Graduate Studies
- Proposal is on file with the Office of Graduate Studies
- Registered for at least 1 hour
- Admitted to candidacy (Ph.D. only)
- No "U" of "F" grade on degree plan
- All course work on degree plan is completed
- Been admitted to Ph. D. candidacy
Guidelines
Students must have:
- Dissertation in final form and ready for distribution to all committee members.
- A Request and Announcement of the Final Examination must be submitted to the Graduate Program Office 2 weeks prior to your exam.
- Registered in the university to be eligible to take the final examination.
It is highly recommended that you visit the Graduate Program Office at least 30 days before your proposed exam date.
