Poster Awards
Awards were given for the best undergraduate student poster and the three best graduate student posters. The winners were:- Mark Porterfield (Wheeler Group, Texas A&M, Undergraduate)

- Cong Liu (Wilson Group, University of North Texas, Graduate Student)
- Svitlana Zaster (Bittner Group, University of Houston, Graduate Student)
Q-Chem Workshop
A companion workshop on electronic structure calculations is offered by Q-Chem Inc on October 26. The workshop will be in the Memorial Student Center (MSC) on the Texas A&M Campus and will run from 10AM - 4PM Friday, October 26. Visitor parking for the workshop is available in the University Center Parking Garage (UCG), which is across the street from the MSC. Visitor parking in the UCG is approximately $10 for the duration of the workshop.For more information and to register for the workshop, please check out the workshop website.
